April in Seville. Golden light, quiet corners and an intimate wedding that felt more like an artful escape. This wasn’t a traditional celebration, it was intimate and deeply personal. A day for the couple and their closest friends, across some of the city’s most iconic and atmospheric spaces. Part elopement, part intimate wedding.

The ceremony, led by Clara Martin of Maestra de Ceremonias Sevilla (in English), took place at the Glorieta de los Hermanos Álvarez Quintero in María Luisa Park. Framed by the Plaza de España in the background and spring blooms, it felt almost cinematic. A small circle of friends (and some amazed tourists and locals) looked on as the vows were exchanged beneath the soft April sun.

The bride made a striking statement in an all-white bridal jumpsuit, effortlessly blending modern elegance with timeless charm. Her look was completed with a pearl headband and matching clutch, while a long-stem bouquet of lilies to add a graceful, sculptural touch to a contemporary bridal style.

After the ceremony, the group made their way to Plaza de España. Instead of formality, they opted for fun, hiring rowboats and soaking in the sun while sat on the water. We captured a spontaneous group photo that somehow felt editorial and effortless at once.

As the guests drifted toward their own plans, the couple and I wandered into the narrow alleys of Santa Cruz. They stopped for sangria and local ice cream—an unapologetic detour that reflected exactly who they are. No timelines, no pressure. Just moments soaked in colour, texture and genuine connection.

Later, they met their friends again for an early dinner with a view over the Giralda.

This wedding was intimate in scale, but layered in style. Editorial but grounded. Luxe without trying too hard. A couple making the city their own. Proof that a wedding doesn’t need to be grand to be unforgettable.
